First timer to this site. Great venue for talking about out Nav's. I just purchase a 2000 Nav and am having issues with the sunroof leaking. I've heard rumors that this is an issue with all Lincoln/Ford sunroofs, but cant find a do-it-yourself fix anywhere. Does anyone have information about this issue? Please help.

Responding to my own request. While it is a pretty bad design for the sunroof seal, just make sure to adjust the glass to be flush or slightly above the roof line. Mine was just below the roof line causing water to get trapped and drained into the car. Plus, there are no drains that i can see. Good job Ford Company!! Way to use your heads!?!?
Marginal way to fix it:
There are 2 screws on each side of the track that can adjust the glass up or down. Just loosen and push, then tighten.

Its not just the drain lines that are plugged with dirt??..

My -01 Gator was leaking in the sun/moonroof and since im living in sweden where it rains like every day now it was NO fun at all!!

the water came out of the handle in the A-pilla on the passanger side..

sorry for the bad english.. if i can take it in swedish it would be much easier!! :D
