If i bought a HID kit for my 97 mark could i just silicone it in the hole since it wont fit. i heard somebody on hear said that they did this just wanted to know if it would work cause both of my low beams are out and i hate riding around with high beams on

You have a second gen, so not only will you have to silicone the bulbs in place, but you'll have to route the wires for the bulbs through the plastic bulb cover as well and seal that off too.

are you talking about the gray box on back of the bulb?

No, I'm talking about the clear housing that covers the gray box.

yea, but his was a first gen and every couple of weeks the bulbs would fall out and have to be redone.

Had to be redone once, While the housings were still in the 95. because I pulled the Phillips ballast out too far while replacing the High beam bulbs, and popped the seal loose.
It's been well over a year with them in the 94 like that and no problems, whatsoever.
The 95 is the same way, although those are 9005 HID replacements....Little bit different mounting setup.
I must not know what I'm doing

I bet they fall out on every 1-2 shift !
Keep on rocking Mike, no need to worry !
The guy in Detroit ... let me know if you need OEM HID bulbs. I have quite a few here locally.
