Gen 2 power steering wheel question

Is there any way I can keep the steering wheel to go back to the stock height position when turning off the car? I have the memory off and it still goes back to stock height...

possible set it where you like and cut the power to it?maybe fuse or something,just a thought

or maybe put a switch inline withit so you can turn it on when you want.????
