I have a 90 MK 7 Blass and the window mouldings at the top of the doors have become petrified and begun breaking of little pieces,from age and dry rot obviously.Does anyone have an aftermarket lead for these thats not a scrapyard?I tried my parts department about 3 or 4 years ago,and my parts guy found they were obsolete.

I don't remember the name of the company but the number is 800-256-6927. The guy I talked to had a Mk 7 and had the dew wipes made. He has inside and outside. Both door outdsides were $110 and both door in/out were $150. Quite a bit pricier than the JC Whitney fix and I don't know the quality.

Sounds like paying for the parts and about an hours worth of labor...not exactly a bad deal.
