Hello All,
I'm having engine problems with my LS whenever it rains or when I run the car through a car wash. It seems obvious that water gets in the engine somehow, somewhere.

As anyone encountered this kind of problem if so, How do I fix it. My ls is a 2000 v6.

Sounds like coil(s) are getting wet.

How can I fix this problem...

I would say, just take a real close look in the engne bay. Just run your eyes over everything. It may just be a lose connection or one that is open to the elements.
