Different mechanics for sure. Don't know if they are the same glass or not. Does not appear to be the same.

really? That's odd, the roof line hasn't changed, I wonder if its possible to swap them out if I use the entire piece. I think the T-Bird uses the same moonroof so I may have to start looking in the bone yard

Different supplier I think. On my Parts list it has glass 93-96 then 97-98 so they are different.

Housing is 93-98 but rails are 93-96 then 97-98 - see image.

that's odd, since some of the parts are the same I would assume that the glass is the same size but the rails are different? Maybe there are different mouting tabs for them? Where's Max when you need him :p
