I have a new brake problem that has developed in the past few days. My brake pedal occasionally does not return to the full top position . It seems more prevolent when the vehicle gets warm. I can lightly lift the pedal with my foot and it will return. I have removed the protective under dash cover as I thought that might have been keeping the pedal from returning, but this hasn't helped. I don't see a spring that I am used to seeing for brake pedal return, so I'm at a loss as to how these are returned. Maybe vacume?

Can any one offer any ideas? The first thing that comes to mind is the atmospheric vent in the master cylinder.
