I ONLY USE MEGUAIRS MIRROR GLAZE HI TECH CAR WASH, FOUND AT BODY SHOPS ONLY OR INTERNET
ALSO IF U USE JOY DISH SOAP IT WILL STRIP THE WAX OFF OF THE CAR, ONLY USE THAT BEFORE U DECIDE TO WAX A CAR

The only soap that actually has a polymer wax that works is Zep-O-Shine which can only be ordered from Zep and not found in stores sorry :-P

It's ok to use dish soap once a year if you have a show car finish, and use it only to strip the wax off. Wax build up hurts a show car finish. When you do that use DAWN only. If you don't have a show car finish using dish soap at all to wash your car is pointless and ignorant. You have to wax it really well afterwards. Anyone who uses it on a regular basis probably doesn't even know how to wax right. It's five times the work for nothing.
