I have a 94 MK VIII hot rod Lincoln. I have modified the car to be a strip/strip car and will continue to add serious power to include an 04 Mercury Marauder 4v 4.6 to which will forged before placing in the car.

Presently I have the stock motor, which is supercharged with a P1SC making 400 RWHP. Have replaced all the suspention with Arnott's springs. The car has 4.10 gears with a PI Stallion 3000 speed tq converter and has run a best of 12.7 at 107 MPH at the FFW Orlando, FL spring break shootout this past March 06.

I have a new FB Performance tranny ordered (manual 3 speed AODE w/electric OD rated to 900 HP) as well as a Detroit Truetrac posi and the new LVC axles which I need to get ordered ASAP.

Have attended and will be at the Super Heavy Weight Shootout (www.SSHS6.com) this coming November 4th at Atlanta Dragway in Commerce, Georgia. Attended last year and had a blast as well as seeing a few MK VIII's there. 4 are registered at this time for the event.

Plans are to have a mid 11 second MK VIII by early next year with the forged Marauder motor and a D1SC pushing 18 lbs of boost.

Hope to see some of you at Atlanta Dragway on November 4th.

Hey Justin, I have been to SSHS the past couple years, and plan to be there again this year for SSHS6. It is a great time. Check out the SSHS6 threads on the other two Mark VIII message boards, and join in the conversation if you like.

On Friday 11/3, a bunch of Mark VIII guys are going to gather at the Sonic drive-in, and caravan over to the track for the T&T. You are invited to join in if you like. You are also invited to join us on Saturday in the pits. We park next to the return road near the curve to the staging lanes.
