So i'm out of town and my cooling fan craps out. I stop at a nearby ford dealership and they tell me it is no longer available. No problem, I'll call Max. I call and his voice mail said he took the day off! I call back and ask to speak to anyone in parts. I think his name was Larry, anyway, I explained the problem. In a few minutes he called me back and he found the part. It is being shipped to the dealership in georgia. Just another example of the great service available not just from Max (he has always come thru for me) but from the general parts department as well. Thanks again 5 star!!!!!

You did not have the part in stock, so he found someone (I don't know who, they would only sell to the dealer, not individuals) and the dealer ordered it. I paid 360 for the part plus shipping (20). Ouch! But the main thing is I was up and running in time. Had I been at home I would have had more options, but in the backwoods of georgia with a lincoln at a ford dealership......
