Quick questions.
Want to purchase xenomatch plus bulbs for my fog lights. Any problems with them melting the lens/ cracking them when they are on and get wet??
...And do I also need to purchase the connectors as well???

I've had my Hoen bulbs in our '06 fogs for three months now with no problems, and they are on most of the time with the headlights. There is quite a bit of space between the tip of the bulb and the lens, so I wouldn't worry. And, no, you do not need any special connectors. Just make sure you get the right size, H8.

Tony,
Did you get the Hoen Plus bulbs or the regular Hoen bulbs? The H11 bulb can be used for the H8 bulb.

Ken,
I got the "Regular", 65 watt, Xenon match bulbs. I was worried that the 80 watt "Plus" bulbs would be too hot and I really didn't need anything that bright. I was mostly going for a color match with the HID's.
But you are right, an H11 bulb will also fit.
Say Ken... Did you ever figure out how to safely pry open the puddle lights on the '03+ mirrors? It sure would be nice to get a "whiter" bulb in there.

I never figured it out on the puddle lights. They are sealed in that little pod. It's going to suck if one of them goes out. From my understanding they entire mirror assembly has to be replaced.

With the H11's, do you need to add that extra wire that came with the Hoen Plus bulbs? The heavy duty wire. Because it seems that I could just plug the H11 right to the existing connection and it will work. Is there a reason for the heavy duty wire? If so, is there a how-to so I can connect the heavy duty wires? Thanks
