Does anyone know how to remove the front license plate bracket? There are two metal "fasteners" that hold it on. I thought they where the type where you push the center in they release so I pushed the center in but they're still on there strong. Does the entire front bumper have to be removed in order to remove the fasteners?

They are a type of rivet. You have to drill out the center.

My new '04 was screwed on with big ass screws. Left giant holes in the bumper. I don't know whether to put the bracket back on or take it to a body shop and have the holes filled and painted. - but wouldn't the entire bumper have to be repainted?
