is there rubbing with the 9 inch width? aren't normal 20's a 7.5" width?

normal 20s are 20 x 8.5, but normally 20 x 7.5 are a little less expensive

its not the width where you see a lot of rubbing. Its the size. I get a lot of rubbing when I had large amounts of weight in the trunk. I had a huge sound system that weighed down my whole back in, then i would see a lot of rubbing. but when I took it out the wheels wouldn't rub.
