Can the antenna mast be replaced on the Mark VIII's? My antenna goes up and partly down. It's broke off at the top which I believe prevents it from going all the way down. Just wondering if I can by a mast replacement or do I have to buy the entire antenna setup?

I changed the whole thing on mine, I noticed it was not working the day after I bought it and made the dealer get me one. When it came in they expected me to pay for it but I made it clear that wasn't going to happen. Anyhow they ordered the whole thing so I didn't have to mess with the mast alone but I think it can be done. Removing the entire unit is pretty straight forward.

It can be changed. Another MK VIII owner from another board answered with instructions on how to do it.
