I had no problem adding a pie adapter to my '02. The '03+ has a different console and i am not sure how it comes apart. I am sure the air vents just pull out like the old ones but how do you remove the ashtray area molding?

vents pop out. molding below ashtray and around shifter is just snapped in. I found it easiest to start by pulling straight out (towards you) on the 2 pieces on either side of the ashtray. then the rest pulls "up"

Be careful with the clips on the console. There will be a little tension on the console but don't let the clips rest on the ac controls because they will scratch the paint.
