I know somebody, one of the girls I think had this problem. Today, just out of nowhere, I start getting this fluttering and popping noise from my intake at idle. Just about every 15 seconds, it would just go "PLUP PLUP PLUP" and then go back to normal.

I replaced the IAC valve and the noise went away. Looks like the old one was going bad. Just thought I'd give a heads up for anyone else who might encounter the same problem.

cool, mine does it too, i started hearing it when i took off the intake silencer

Same here, Kinda cleard up after a couple of sea foam treatments. But I'll try the IAC, and see if that does it for sure.
