Those who have done it...where do i start? any special clips or something of the like i should be worried about?

The doors are mostly screwed on and hung. Don't pry them off.

Doors:

(Gently pry)
Remove the handle cover- 8mm bolt.
Remove the window switch cover- unscrew from harness.
Remove door/ seat memory, side mirror trim- pry off the harnesses.
Remove the bottom reflector- remove phillips screw.
Remove side mirror cover- push in, pull up.
Pull up on the door panel, disconnect the additional harnesses.

Pretty much just basic screwdrivers. The seatbelts are torx.
