Help!! I Have A 95 Sts In Great Shape But I Can't Start It Without Waiting 3 Minutes!!!! It Is Getting Worse- I Have Done Diagnostic Checking Of The Codes And It Comes Up With Pcm (powertrain Control Module) Where Is This Module Located And Can I Replace It Myself Or Do I Need A Professional. Times Are A Little Hard Right Now And I Would Sure Love For Someone To Give Me Some Advise Before I Put This Car In The Shop...

is located in your cars airbox below the filter. what exactly are the codes comming up? are you sure its the module itself that is bad or maybe just the chip or starter etc etc

I will bring those codes with me tomorrow. I can remember a few PO36, PO52, P109 No ICP, No RSS codes- I know based on the information i printed about the codes that one of the PO codes says PCM needs to be reset and there was a question about battery power. The starting diabled is getting much worse and i am ending up 5-6 times waiting for the system to say Monitor Systems OK and then it will start. I would hat to be somewhere and need to get away and couldn't.. I have spoke to the dealership and i can't really get anywhere with them. I really can't afford right now to put it in the shop. HELP! and thank you for your time.....:

P109 - Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Reset/PCM has lost primary battery power
PO36 - EGR Valve Pintle Position Out of Range
PO52 - PCM Memory Reset
IO52 - Keep Alive Memory Error
I dunno, maybe check the battery cables & connections. As for the PO36, pull your EGR valve off and clean it.

Where is the EGR Valve. Do you think it could be coming from the Alternator? It sounds like there is a power problem somewhere. Since this started happening my air conditioning vents will not put out any air it isonly coming from the defrost area and down at your feet. Also the Traction Disabled will not go off. My Cruise Control stopped working also.
Any Advise????????
