Mr chickenviii was clearly the target of profiling. "The Man" saw that sexy damn car and made up his own reason for hating! He took out his jealousy on poor chickenviii by citing him for, of all things, parking!! Last time I checked, it was perfectly legal to park a car!!!
Although it probably didn't help that it was in a no parking zone.;)
