Anyone know if this will work on a 96 mark viii? If not got any suggestions for new wires and plugs?

The dohc are the ones you want. That seems like a lot of money to me but it may not be.

If you want performance. MSD wires are just fine. New coil packs are not worth the money from what I understand. Unless you are replacing a coil pack because of a blown coil... they are NOT worth it.

Best bang for the buck is STOCK coil packs, Autolite 764 copper plugs gapped at .048 and a set of LIFETIME warrantied Nology wires.

I think it is, too. I bought the same stuff (Ford plugs instead of NGK) for about $210 from Summit. The coil packs I got on sale during Summit's sale for about $62 each. I think the wires were on sale for $90 or less.

pull the boots off the plugs, if the metal contact connector stayed on the plug, take a pair of long needle nose and get that off the plug...then take a 10" extension and connect it to your plug socket and ductape the two together, get on down in there and remove and install them like any other plug.

just remove the sparkplug cover out of the center of the valvecover
