Well, the tech is on hold.. so he can't do nothing to help... Falls asleeps as many of us who have been put on hold have done.... Get's videoed by customer.... Customer posts on line... Comcast Fires tech because they screwed the pooch!!! on service for their own tech....

i would have let a comcast tech sleep on my couch any day if it meant i didnt have to deal with cox.
