I have a very clean 1993 Cadillac Seville. I love it with my heart and enjoy driving it. My question, I thought beginning in 1993 all Sevilles were equipped with the Northstar. i have the 4.9L that is extremely powerful but i was jus wondering because I thought I did my homework before I bought it. oh yeah if the Northstar has the speed limiter and I have the 4.9L can i safely say i could beat one because I have no limiter. This car IS POWERFUL.
