Last night as usual at Bellmore,
Took the Chevelle out to strech her muscles.

Some punk dsh-bag tries to "drift" on Sunrise Hwy to "IMPRESS" the crowd
with OF ALL THINGS a 2 day old
RT-10 (Dodge truck with Viper motor).

This genius ends up losing control and T-bones the gaurd rail
at 40-50 mph LESS THEN 3 FT OF MY LS-6 !! :eek:

Thank God for the strong gardrail
(which I just happened to sitting on behind my car 2 minutes earlier)
and no damage to any cars in the lot.

Lucky for him his air bags didn't pop and somehow the truck was still drivable,
cause he took off when he saw us ready to pull him out of the truck,
At least 50 of us that is!

Parked next to me was a cop in that Pct,
with a awesome 63 409 dual quad Impala.
He said he would "take care of it".

Morale of the story :
Beware of 20 year old kids in 500 hp cars/trucks,
And don't sit on the gardrail.

Man, that is scary. Thank goodness no one, including the car, was harmed.

I'm glad nothing and no one was hurt but I want the 409. Dude that is one of my favorite all time cars. Not specifically the 63 but the car in general.
