What do you guys use on your leather seats? I have never had leather before.
Thanks.

Mequire's foam once a month and Mequire's wipes for in between cleanups.

While we're on the subject, what's the best smelling leather treatment? I tried zaino's "leather in a bottle", and didn't find it particularly good smelling. Any other suggestions?

I was told by a leather specialist to only use saddle soap! (don't know if it was a sales gimmick?) Because it dose not contain silicon, which in the sunlight will cause the leather to crack prematurely. I don't know how good it works, used it only once on my 96. But sold it shortly after!

Lexol leather conditioner is the best thing on the market. They make a couple versions, for soft leather and for the vinyl coated cheaper leather. I have been using it on my navigator since I bought it and have had no more wear than was present at purchase. It takes a bit to dry in, but it works wonders

Well I Go All Out I Know It Sound Retarted Why But Thats My Way To Keep It Nice.....first I Use A Warm Damp Cloth To Remove And Drips Or Spills...i Wipe Down A Couple Of Times, and Then Use Mothers,or Maguires,or Tanners..cleaner,then Wipe Down Again..after That I Use The Cream Conditioner Apply A Thin Coat, wipe And Re Do Again..and Im Good For The Month!!

Another question. Does the stuff get a wet feeling, or get all over your clothes?

No, I don't have any pics of the interior. I could take some after I clean the car up tomorrow, weather permitting....it's been raining for like 6 weeks around here.

What does it cost to have a seat re-upholstered? Is it more or less than just buying a used seat?

It Depends On Who And Where You Go To Get It...you Can Buy The Kits..by Katskins.just Give Them You Yr Make N Model And They Should Be Able To Get Some Made To Fit...and You Can Do It Your Self To..but If Your Not Experianced..you Could Get The Stuff..and Have Someone Who Knows What They Are Doing To Install For Ya..possaby At A Lesser Price, then Having Them Do Everything..

Capice!

I took pics of the interior, but the sun was too bright and ruined them...made the dash look grey.
I FINALLY got a chance to wash and clean my car today....

We use this place at work called Great Covers. We get fabric covers from them that match OEM pretty well. I don't know if the do leather covers or not, but the quality is very good.

If leather is too cold for you in the morning, get yourself some seat heaters. It is cheap and not hard at all to install if you are having a reupholster done anyway. :)

Yes the lexol will make it sticky, but over the course of an hour or so it will dry in. Just stay out of it for an hour and you'll be good. If you search ebay for navigator seat covers, there is a company on there that sells OEM style leather replacements. Its about $180 for the entire seat, and you pull your old one off and put the new one on.
