ok i just hit 60000 miles and wanted to kno wat to do to keep my car runnin better than good i will need an oilchange soon and wanted to kno wat other things to do to my car to keep it in top shape

IIRC, the 60000 mile interval is a big one. Check your owner's manual for the proper maintenance items. If you don't have an owner's manual you can get them online here:
