I changed my plugs and checked all my coils, because of a little rough idle and accleration (when its warm I noitice it more). When i changed my plugs I noticed i had oil in the #7 spark plug well. My question is has anybody had the rough idle and fixed it with the valve cover gasket replacement.

I plan on doing it Mothers day weekend.

If it doesn't fix it I might have to check all my injector's anybody know what the range a good ejector reads (= ohms).

not likely an injector - very very uncommon. The oil is the problem.

the injector specs are:
2000 - 2002

Ford XW43-9F593-CA
Ford XW4Z 9F593 CA
Motorcraft CM4934
Standard FJ297
Airtex 4G1234
Delphi FJ10533

12 ohm coil with the following flow rates:

Dynamic (2.5ms @ 100Hz): 25.32 g/min 32.88 cc/sec
Static (10ms @ 100Hz): 173.14 g/min 224.85 cc/min

It has a unique 'air-assist' valve part way through the body
