That is correct. The 04 and up LSE's take the H8 or better yet H11 bulbs. The other LS's take the 9145/H10 bulb. Get the H11's instead of the H8's. The H8's have a very low wattage to them.

you will need to buy the H8/H11 connector. Ken has them.

That looks really good. As for the connectors, you'll need the H11 connectors to use for your fogs. You can purchase the connectors when you get the H11 Xenonmatch Plus bulbs. I don't sell the connectors separately.

So that means I have to cut off the old connectors.

Bill emailed me today about this. I told him that people would have to cut the existing 9145 connectors off and splice the H11 connectors to make it work. The H11 Xenonmatch Plus bulbs are $36 a set and the HD connectors are $19 a set. Plus shipping.

I do need a new front bumper and driverside fog light housing for my '04 due to a slight finder bender but here in AR we aren't required to have a front license plate and I'd be concerned about the holes it left. I honestly think the LS looks much better without it but laws are laws. I may end up going the same route you went and buy the LSE. How much did the set-up cost you again? parts? paint? install?

One other question... I have the v6 with the chrome strips on the bumper. The strips on yours are body color. Are these removable or are they just part of the bumper? I am kinda attached to the chrome pieces.
