Does anyone know of a site, or have a file they could send me, with the specs of the mk motor, talkin more than hp/tq. I want piston cc's combustion chamber volume, stock head cfms, all that good stuff. thanks.

The factory Helms manual and another specification manual for all '93 FLM models. I have them at home.

The combined cc of the B heads is 222cc once all the ports are open (IMRC's open), they flow almost 300cfm stock at max lift (.385?), cast crank, beehive valve springs on the 96-98 MK8 motors, 9.85 compression, Teksid (italian) block, the bore is almost the same size as the stroke making this a square engine, 281 cubic inches.

the book i was reading last night stated they flowed 1cfm less than 03 cobra heads at .500 lift on the intake. they were down about 15cfm on the exhaust IIRC though.

i wish i could remember the numbers.

Not even close. State your source.

There is no point to know flow numbers for DOHC heads at .500 lift since they don't make cams with that type of lift, you don't need that much lift with 32 valve engines. As for the 300cfm number, you're right that's what they flow once ported...
