There are a few ways to get parts overseas. You could order them from a person like Maxx at 5 star ford (Scottsdale, Arizona, USA). Shipping might be expensive though.

Check out some of the vendors on the right side of the screen. Most should be able to help.

So, i have found know a other alternator model from ford that fit perfect on the mark. With this one the battery ligt dont flash, but the alternator don't load the battery. Anyone tell's me there exist an external sensor to give the alternatar the impulse to load and maybe this one is blow of.
Anyone know more of this theme?
Thanks a lot

Dude, don't take this personally, but you will need help with your english to get the assitance you are looking for here. Don't get me wrong, you speak english a lot better than I speak swedish, but I just can't figure out enough of what you are saying to help.

Lets start here: what alternator did you find that works perfectly? My first quess might be the fact that perhaps this battery has an internal voltage regulator, or your old regulator is shot. I think this might be what you are asking about...on the passanger fender there is an external voltage regulator that works with the alternator in the charging system. This is probably at least part of your problem. Good luck.

Du might att se till spänningsregulatorn som lokaliserades på passengersidan som stöttan står hög. Vilket år Lincoln VII markerar du har?
You might be referring to the voltage regulator located on the passenger side strut tower. What year Lincoln Mark VII do you have?

Once again, since I didn't read the entire thread, yopu and me asked the same question.

Hey Daninz. Regarding your question for obtaining parts, i live in the UK, and can get pretty much anything i need from UK suppliers. If you get Classic American magazine where you live (its a UK magazine, but i think it is distributed throughout europe) they have a whole bunch of vendors listed who can supply new and used parts for most US cars, and may be able to ship to your area. However, i buy most of my parts direct online from US vendors (mainly www.autoparts-autoparts.com or www.rockauto.com as i know these will ship worldwide) or ebay as its just as easy. Hope this helps.

Ja.
Fast denna är motorfjärden av en 1988, bör din spänningsregulator vara i mycket samma förlägger.
Yes.
Though this is the engine bay of a 1988, your voltage regulator should be in the very same place.

Ummm He's from Switzerland not Sweden LOL.... Bern... Ummm John you need to go more south, and you can maybe try French or Italian also... From my experience of the great Swiss people they have a great handle on the European languages LOL...

Oh and John I thought you Swedish guys had blonde hair? LOL.... Or did you just learn your Swedish from watching all those great Swedish movies....

Daninz You could PM Derek, who is also from the UK.... he's been into classic Lincolns for years. Maybe he's got a line on getting parts or has some in his shop.

You NE guys know Derek pretty well and may know what he has at this shop seeing he pops in at your meets from time to time.

For statistics :) : There are at least two Mark VII drivers in Estonia. Next spring will be at least three because I`m moving back. Sent mine already there, taking one with me...
Good luck
