hey everybody im just seeing if anyone can tell me what may be the problem with this car.i bought it used from a dealership in guelph. had to replace the engine right away so they covered that. its been in and out of the shop . they lie to me and dont fix the problem . Ijust brought it to them agian and asked them to service this engine problem and idol control and it leaks coolant too. my guy says its the engine. they say its all this other stuff. not the engine. they replaced water pump for $450 and spark plugs a nd minor stuff i didnt even ask for. not even the idol control or anything major so i ended up paying $1400. for nothing on top of that they couldnt even put in a couple engine bolts or give me my parts they took. i dont no what to do or what the problem could be ANYBODY at all if u think u no what the prob may be PLEASE help me out THANK U so much. :Bang :C

Did you pull the trouble codes?

thers definatly something major with it i think its just the engine. needs to be replaced. these aholes already put one in. they just dont want to do it again!
it was the idol control system mostly . so took it in and they replaced:
spk plugs,swervice ac,replace h2o pump,reseal h2o pump cross?,o2 sensor,somethin bout gaskets, yadayada cant read the w.o. form
also noted coolant leaking@h2o pump &coolant cross?pipe
i dont no what to do i got my car out of auto trader.
oh and i just found out when they replaced the water pump they didnt dfill it with water!!!! [B] RIVER SIDE AUTO in guelph BIGGEST CROOKS EVER!! NOT professional at all not even the owner.

have you tried getting the codes yet.. like ALBUNDY suggested?
turn on your car. hold the "off" button on your heat control panel and the passenger temp "down" button for a couple seconds and all the lights will come on and then write down the codes that come up on your DIC (on your dash under the speedometer, etc). tell us the codes and we'll see if we can help out better.

the thing is in the shop:( but should be coming out tomorrow. nothing will be done just a diagnosis hpefully. ill do that and thanks a bunch.
