A fellow G35 Driver turned meon to this Optima battery discount. I did not see the LS in the web wizard so I am not certain which battery would fit. Shipping to Fl was 13 bux for me.
If you need an Optima red top...

The red Optima batteries sell for just under $100 at Costco. At least where I live, so $112 + $13 for shipping doesn't sound like a deal to me.

Thats a decent deal for those who don't have a Costco or discount supplier.

Which Optima battery is the best for me?
Is there one for the LS specifically?
I am going to be running 5 screens an Xbox 360 and a bunch of other electronics.
Yellow top maybe?

I got mine two years ago from Advanced Discount for like 120 with warranty.... I got red top the only thing with yellow top is its deep cycle and I was told that its harder on the charging system (when it drains) and that my buddy does big stereos and he has 4 red tops for the system and 1 yellow for the truck...something about quick recharge when bumping for DB meters.....The yellow top is a little more also....
I love the red top had it in my s10 and pulled it right before I sold it and put it in the LS the First Night...

Whatever you do....
GET A VENTED BATTERY!!!!!!!
The battery location (the enclosed trunk) requires venting!!!!

I used to work at a NAPA and you can get an Orbital gel battery from there that will run all of your stuff. Also since the battery is gel it does not need to be vented. You can even mount the battery upside down. They have a very good reserve capacity and don't cost much more then the optimal.
