I saw i was leaking a little bit o fluid from somewhere up front the other day, and today i had the car up on a lift and i noticed...its dripping from the w/p so i pull it and put some water pump gasket maker on it...it seems to be good now. silly me thought the o ring would have been good enough.

The O ring should be enough. I don't think OEM installs have any gaskets besides the Oring.

perhaps...but i didnt see anything when i took it out. besides...the leak is gone now, so im happy.
