Yes these are just static .jpg files for the customer to accept or decline from. All our sites are HTML.

Looks good but the logo should be bigger and the links on the left should be buttons or larger.

Its not a matter of who's looks better at all.

I was just offering some suggestions on what I have learned over the past year and a half with doing sites.
