I think it might be the ground hook up (its gronded 2 the bolt where the trunk lid is attached)Plus its powered by the factory bose radio,if that helps any.And the sound is coming from the speakers.Like a loud humming.

I'd say install a small capacitor - but I'm not 100% sure where. Does it go on your ground side or power side?

Also - try to set up a wire FROM the batt to the wire. It never hurts for another body ground :)

Trace your RCA wires and make sure the connections are not tarnished or anything...

That's all I can think of for now! Good luck! :D

ur hookin up a amp to a factory stereo lol if u r takin the time to install a amp and subz u should just get a cd player. but thats just me. i never hooked up any amps to a factory radio. so i wouldnt know.but a capacitor wouldnt work thats only for extra juice to ur amp when ur bumping to loud and helps ur alternator out.

look im my car i have a kenwood kdc-mp628,i left the factory speakers in da car becouse my radio has a built in frequency which means i can take off da bass in da car and put da bass in da trunk. so u hear pure music and let the subz handle the bass.u dont have to replace ur speakers if u get a new stereo hes just tryin to make a sell. i would recommed a new stereo cuz it goes a long way with sound to ur amp the more volts ur stereo puts out the better it sounds(alpine) has good volts-(sony) has good stereo output which means u can hear the reception on a radio station alot better.

lmao well i dont think u wanna catch a case b4 u enjoy ur sounds lol... but yea alpine have da best volts for a amp they dont look ass good as kenwood or sony but they make up for it in sound. if u need instructions on how to install a amp, capacitor, stereo or anything else in da sound catagory give me a holla in chicago i usually charge lol but u aint in chicago so its free i guess lol ~1~
