Your vacuum and fuel systems have to be optimum to enjoy the benefits of a steady cruise control system.

i had a ses light on, scan and replaced tps, light is out ,cold start problem is fixed, (rough idle/stall) havent tried cruise yet, dont know yet if this may correct cruise?

A bad TPS does funky things. It quite possibly could fix that problem of yours.
