I have a 2002 lincoln LS v6. The one from LS koncepts says it only fits 03+, but i was told it would fit..
i personally prefer it all chrome... but i can live with the black top for now..

They are both the same. The reason I know is that Rick at US Speed buys those grills from me in bulk.

I don't sell an all chrome grille. Neither does US Speed. No one does. It's a custom made item only.

E & G Classics sells a very nice two-piece chrome grill set. I payed like $600 and now they are selling it for like $250-$300...Oops...I probably wasn't supposed to point that out. Sorry Ken! lol. I have it on my car and so far it looks like I'm the only one in Minnesota who has it. (If I see another one with it, I'm gonna rip it off and sell it to someone in another state..lol)

The E&G Classics grille is NOTHING like the LSE all chrome conversion grille. That's what most folks are wanting. The E&G grille looks ok but it is pricey. Also, it's just an overlay. You can see the screws in the .pdf file attached.
