I just installed this kind of filter on my 02 LS last night. I noticed on the drive home that the milage calculator in the car was way off. When I installed the filter, I disconnected the battery, is their a certain amount of time that the battery should be disconnected. Has anyone else had this problem? Will it ever be somewhat correct again?

it reset itself when you disconnected the battery. the mpg is a running AVERAGE so it's accurate but for the first couple hundred miles it'll swing a lot depending on how you're driving.
