I'm posting this here cause I didn't know what kind of traffic we have in the for sale forum. I'm looking for a 3rd LED brake light for my buddy's 2000 STS. His isn't working, it's dead. The stealership wants a incredible amount of money for a new one...

The problem is....all 1998- mid 2001 Seville lamps leak water. The water ruins the circuit boards inside.

What you really want to find is a 2001 or newer unit. This used a much better sealer.

So pretty much everything offered on eBay would be junk....except maybe a new in box one.

You can get a new one for about $225 at www.gmpartsdirect.com...be aware they have pretty high shipping..

How much room is there inside the 3rd light? Could we run blue lightrope thru there? That might look reellly neet!
