Just curious if any one has figured out how to use less expensive car wash soap in the mr. clean dispenser,I have heard if you try to use soap other than mr. clean that it will clog up.

any way around it?.Creeker March 20th, 2006, 07:08 PM Just curious if any one has figured out how to use less expensive car wash soap in the mr. clean dispenser,I have heard if you try to use soap other than mr. clean that it will clog up. torquemonkey March 20th, 2006, 07:37 PM Clogs huh? Sounds like great product engineering. brentalan March 21st, 2006, 12:09 PM Well, it clogs if you don't use the correct soap. If you don't want to use the more expensive soap, you should probably use something other than the Mr. Clean thing to dispense. The idea is spend a bit extra $$ to avoid having to dry the car. Creeker March 21st, 2006, 01:41 PM Tnx. for reply, I think the rinse stage is the one that saves you having to dry your car, the filter deionizes the water and eliminates spots. I have washed my car "old style" sponge and soapy zip car wash and then rinsed with mr. clean deionizer, the results are the same, no spots. | ||||
