I have a 00' LS sport with the light grey interior and dark grey dash/door panels. I am wondering if this is the only grey color interior. Reason being I have seen some beige looking grey interiors and I am concerned if I buy a part off ebay that lists it as grey it wont be the light grey I need but the beige grey. Am I right about the colors or is just me that thinks the color is different?

In addition to the light gray, black, and parchment interiors, I believe the 00-02 models offered a color called Truffle. This was a gray with some beige in it. The truffle is clearly different over the regular gray, but to be sure I would ask the seller of any items to send you a photograph so you can check the color against your interior.

Ford part # XW4A-3F563-CHW

The light graphite trim code is 42. There was a medium graphite color interior but I don't know what that is. The trim code is located on the VIN label.
