With colder mo. around here when starting engine after startup if i don't keep my foot on th pedal it stall ...till engine temp up then it's runs on its own
but also runs roughtly a little....whats needed for parts?

Do you have a 93-96 or a 97-98 Mark?

Take the IAC apart and clean it with carb cleaner, it should solve the problem.

I have cleaned a couple of IAC's and it works for a little while, but I would replace it eventually because it always starts sticking again within a month or two.
