Tons. I refuse first and foremost to sign up for the Microsoft program that is required so they can track you all over the Internet. That's for starters.

Just sign up with a fake address and your spam collector e-mail box.

What is the drawback to the Preview version?
I only opened it to look for a second, and everything seems to work fine...

just setup a hotmail or yahoo account for sketchy stuff like that... so when they ask for you'r email, you give them the junk account :)
