eye brow problemslloydrage March 6th, 2006, 07:17 PM has anyone had problems with their eye brows sticking to the light? if so what did you do to make them stick? thanks SolacE March 6th, 2006, 11:31 PM first thing is clean the lense with rubbing alcohol. Also try heating up the eyebrow with a hairdryer or heat gun to get the adhesive sticky. You can always add a little krazy glue. GrayGhost1 March 7th, 2006, 05:55 AM First of all the area should be cleaned and prepped as stated above. Also, conditions should be at least 60-70 degrees for it to adhere properly. A hairdryer to the headlight may help in colder climates. There may be times when the pointy parts of the eyebrow may not lay down since it is hard to get good adhesion to the corners. We suggest you use just a small dab of clear epoxy on the corners to allow them to bond to the headlight. This will not affect the headlight if you ever decide to take the eyebrows off. pbslmo March 7th, 2006, 10:34 AM I received mine from Ken and I'm waiting for a good warm day before I try to install them. Thanks Ken! lloydrage March 8th, 2006, 06:14 AM what kind of clear epoxy should I use? GrayGhost1 March 8th, 2006, 06:47 AM what kind of clear epoxy should I use? GrayGhost1 March 8th, 2006, 08:56 PM cool. I am assuming the directions come with. How hard is it to work with two part epoxy? If you get the dispenser that has the two liquids side by side it's as easy as squirting on a piece of cardboard and mixing it up. Just apply a very small amount to the corners and press. Very simple. 02LSE96LSC91SE84TC March 9th, 2006, 07:47 PM I received mine from Ken and I'm waiting for a good warm day before I try to install them. Thanks Ken! Me too.
