Standard equipment / options:

Standard equipment for the 1959 Eldorado Biarritz / Seville included almost everything Cadillac had to offer. Eldorados came with:

- "Q" engine with 3 dual barrel carburetors
- Air suspension
- Electric door locks
- Fog lamps
- Power seats
- Heater
- Radio
- Power windows (including vent windows)
- Whitewall tires

In fact the Eldorado was so fully loaded customers had just four extra cost options to choose from:

- Air condition
- Cruise control
- Automatic Headlight dimmer ("Autronic eye")
- Shaded and / or tinted glass

One no-cost option was offered for the Eldorado Biarritz only:

- bucket front seats
