I know this does not pertain to Lincolns or Cadillac's but need some help for my daughter....her Expedition's air conditioner is blowing hot air, rear air works fine, but not the front. Anyone have any suggestions so that she will not get ripped off. She lives in the Atlanta, Ga. area and any help would be greatly appreciated..Thanks.

Sounds like the blend door is stuck. On a newer explorer (I think 96+) use crappy servo/gear setup that is quite common for failure.

Take out the Radio and you should see it - it'll be in a white-plastic box with a 3 wire connector!
