Its just a car right? kudisbetta February 20th, 2006, 10:11 PM noooooooooooooo:eek: we are gonna lose another one eeprete February 20th, 2006, 10:50 PM With 61K, I'd guess in the vicinity of 14-16K (based upon what I've been seeing them for). It's too bad you aren't closer to NY, since I am in the market for an LSE, and finally convinced my wife that silver is an option I should consider. Antdice February 20th, 2006, 11:38 PM I've been seeing them for as much as 18.5K around here... itsnotmydaddys February 20th, 2006, 11:43 PM maybe through a dealer but as a private seller you wont be able to get that much. check KKK.com. ive been thinking of getting mine but i cant think of another car that is ALMOST a comparison to the ls. any ideas on antoher car for around 12-13k, that has most of the options as the ls and gets good gas and is reliable. would take an SUV, im 6 5 so suv would be nice. im planning on getting a house soon so i need a lower payment and something thats more reliable. What are you thinking of getting? Its a 2002 LSE 61K Silver. What should I ask for her? Its just a car right? Mind if I ask why you want to get rid of it ? Beamer February 21st, 2006, 10:13 AM My LS is doing the same to me, won't enable me to branch out lol. Be nice to throw 500 away on a nice apartment instead on a car. Good luck and I'd say 12-15K is the area. Start sort of high so there is room to haggle. pbslmo February 21st, 2006, 02:09 PM Same here, my 2000 V6 LS 71xxx "may" be for sale soon. I thought maybe I could get into something new and better gas milage. I have already put another $1xxx into it last year alone. Not sure, but with some of the deals going on with the "green" cars, I might stumble across something as nice. Eamonn itsnotmydaddys February 21st, 2006, 08:32 PM well it cost this much here in stl. Antdice February 23rd, 2006, 05:24 PM I hate to sell her, but my wife is going to graduate school and she has to cut her hours at work. We are going to get my wife an older Accord, and I'm gonna go back to driving my old car. (Grand Prix) mergner26 February 23rd, 2006, 06:20 PM I hate to sell her, but my wife is going to graduate school and she has to cut her hours at work. We are going to get my wife an older Accord, and I'm gonna go back to driving my old car. I just said that cause I'd rather be throughing money away a nice place than an ok car. Good luck man on selling it. What year GP? My g/fs parents have an '03 or so GT and its a pretty nice car, never driven it but have road in it a few times and its not bad. 2001LS8Sport February 24th, 2006, 10:11 AM The way I read his post is he is the car is costing him 500 a month and he would like to free that capital up to add to his housing expense....not what he was going to spend for housing totally. Please correct me if I'm wrong...or if it even matters. Sorry to hear you have to sell the car, but you are making a VERY wise investment in your future. Smart choice and good luck! Beamer February 24th, 2006, 04:10 PM ^Correct. a_rome February 24th, 2006, 04:22 PM ^Correct. I think I got lucky with my 2000 LS w/60300 for only $12,000. What do you guys think. a_rome February 24th, 2006, 04:25 PM It only has two small dings. Beamer February 25th, 2006, 10:45 AM Not a bad deal, at the time I got my LS it was a nice price too, just went alittle in the negative equity w/ my trade in.
