Marauder Engine?

I know the Marauder engine is similar to the Mach 1 but does anyone know if it has the internals of the 03+ Cobra such as the Manley rods?

No. And neither does the Mach 1. The stick shift Mach's have a forged crank...the autos do not. Neither have the Manley rods.
