One remote for my 99 TC only activates the emergency horn when using any of the buttons. Has anyone had this problem? I changed out the battery, and the other remote works fine.

Yes, I had the same problem with both my remotes on my 96 TC. Don't mess with them, they are toast. I found a great spot on the internet through Ebay to buy new ones for under $25 ea. and they work great.
