Ok when im driving it sounds like I have really beefy tires on the front but I dont.
Im not sure if these tires are obnormally loud which i doubt or if its something more major.
Anyone have any clue as to what this noise could be?
It sounds like road/tire noise but louder, much too loud for a luxury car or just about any car for that matter.
Im cluess

Failed wheel bearings will make a loud hum that sounds like snow tires.

How much are those and how hard are they to replace?

I don't know. I have replaced front wheel bearings on rear drive Lincolns, and it isn't too expensive. That's why I know what bad bearings sound like. I don't do the work myself, so I don't know the level of difficulty.
I also had a differential fail in a 1970 Lincoln, which made a loud tire like hum as well. Of course, that's also rear-drive.
Finally, have you tried switching the tires front to back to see if the sound moves? An unevenly worn tire can make a surprising amount of noise.

Nah I havent tried switching the tires yet, I dont really have any place to do any mechanical type of work right now.
I was thinking of taking it to my friends shop on monday and having them throw it up on the lift then put it in drive and see if the noise is still there, and if it is see where its comming from.
if its just the tires I will be mighty happy since im saving for 18's 19's or 20's as we speak.
