just got a new center console and have no clue as to how to take the old one off, i dont want to tear anything up in my car, ive been searching threads for about an hour with no luck, so if anyone has done this could you give some advice, itd be appreciated very much

What year is your car??
On my 2000 take the trim off around the ashtray, then pop the console off(pull up on it). Make sure you unhook your Adacetrack connector from the button. Its really easy. That should do it.

yeap that's it and if you have the factory phone you have to unhook those two cables also:)
